We highly recommend thanking your customers after they granted you the rights. Don't worry, Flowbox makes this easy by letting you send a Thank You message through a Comment or DM. Please note that the Rights Requests feature is only available for posts collected from Instagram and TikTok.

Create a template
In Flowbox, click on the 'Engage' menu.
Select 'My Templates'.
Click on 'Create Template'.
Select your template type, for example, 'Thank you Message' and give your template a name, then click on 'Next'.
Write your message and make sure it follows Instagram guidelines.
When done, click 'Save & Close'.
Send Thank You message
When a post is granted, or Self-Granted, you can thank the creator for allowing you to use their content.
Click on a post to open the popup box.
Select the ‘Rights Request’ tab.
Click ‘Send Thanks’.
Select your template
(4a.)and personalise it(4b.).Copy it to the clipboard.
Click on 'View Post' to open the original post.
Paste your Thank You message as a Comment or DM and send it.
Click ‘Thanks posted’.
Once your message has been sent, a 'green heart' icon will appear next to the post status, confirming that your action has been saved.
