TikTok is one of the world’s leading social media platforms. Knowing how to grow your presence and defining the right strategy is essential for digital marketing and UGC campaigns.

In this section, you’ll find metrics and insights about your TikTok or TikTok Business account. You can track follower growth, measure your reach, understand how your audience engages with your content, and identify which posts drive the most engagement. By analyzing these insights, you’ll be able to make better, data-driven decisions to optimize your TikTok strategy.

How to access

To open the TikTok Analytics menu:

  1. Log in to Flowbox.

  2. Click Analytics on the left-hand menu.

  3. Under the Social section, select TikTok.

To be eligible for TikTok Analytics, your TikTok account must have at least 100 followers.

General

At the top of every TikTok Analytics tab, you’ll see:

  • Account info – The name of your connected TikTok account

  • Posts – Number of posts published

  • Followers – Current follower count

  • Following – Number of accounts you follow

  • Date picker – Choose the time range for all displayed metrics

Engagement tab

  • Post engagements – Total engagements (all posts)

  • Avg. engagement rate – Total engagements divided by impressions

  • Average reach per post – Number of unique users who saw your post

  • Post video views – Total views on TikTok

Post performance tab

  • Engagement rate – Total engagements divided by impressions

  • Likes – Number of likes

  • Comments – Number of comments

  • Shares – Number of shares

  • Impressions – Total views on TikTok

  • Reach – Number of unique users who saw your post

  • Reach rate – Reach divided by your follower count

Account

  • Account growth – Follower evolution over time, based on the selected period

  • Profile activity – Number of TikTok users reached by your posts

Community

  • Followers online – When your followers are most active, by hour of the day

  • Gender and age – Distribution of your followers by gender and age group

  • Community base – Geographic distribution of your followers (by country or city)
