Once you've added a source to your Collection Flow, such as your Instagram account or a specific hashtag, you may want to edit or delete this source at a later date.
Managing your sources
To access your Collection Flow sources, click on ‘Sources’ directly from the Flows page or use the top-right button within your "Master Flow".
To manage the sources of a Static Flow or a Dynamic Flow, click on the top-right three-dot (meatball) menu within the desired Flow and select “Manage Sources” to open the popup box.
Edit source
Any source configured in a Flow can be edited.
Just click on it or select "Edit" on its three-dot menu, modify the source and click on "Save".
Delete source
If you no longer want to receive content from a certain source, just select "Delete" on its three-dot menu, or click on it and then click on the red 'Delete Source' button.
Pause source
You may not want to completely delete a source but just stop collecting content for a period of time.
In this case, click on the source and then select the “Pause” button.
When you’re ready to resume collecting content from this source, simply click the same button, now labelled “Start,” to restart collection.
Source approval settings
By default, the 'Require Approval' toggle button is turned on for every source. If you wish to change this setting, you can.
Click on the source, then in the 'Edit Source' box, you can switch the 'Require Approval' toggle off (shown below).
Important: If you switch the 'Require Approval' toggle off, all content collected from this source will immediately be moved to the "Approved" tab of the Flow.
This setting is only recommended for your Business account sources (such as your company's Instagram account), where you can be sure that all collected content is ready to be displayed elsewhere.
