Tag management in Flowbox allows you to efficiently organize and track your content. This guide will walk you through accessing and managing your tags effectively.
Accessing Tag Management
To access your tags, follow these steps:
Log into Flowbox.
Navigate to the Visual Marketing menu located in the bottom-left corner.
Click on 'Tags Management' in the menu on the left-hand side.
Viewing Tag Information
Once in the Tags Management section, you'll see a list of all your existing tags. Each tag is accompanied by:
Count: The number of times the tag has been used.
Usage: Indicates where the tag has been applied. This could be in a Post within the Flows section, in a Published post via Flowbox, assigned to a Whitelisted user, or stored in the Library* section under content moderation.
*Every time a right request is granted, a copy of the post is stored in the Library section, under the content moderation folder. If the post has already been tagged, the tags will also be stored and added to the total count. Please note that the post is stored with the information available at the moment it was granted. Even if the tags in the original post change, the ones in the library will remain the same.
Renaming or Deleting Tags
To rename or delete a tag, follow these steps:
Click on the meatball (three-dots) menu next to the tag you wish to modify.
Choose the appropriate action: edit the tag or delete it.
If deleting multiple tags, select them first and then click 'Delete' at the bottom.
Merging Tags
Merge two or more tags by following these steps:
Select the tags you want to merge.
Click on 'Merge'.
All selected tags will be consolidated into one. Choose which tag to keep, and all content associated with the merged tags will be updated accordingly.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage your tags in Flowbox, streamlining your content organization and tracking processes.
Any changes made to tags will be automatically reflected across all your content in Flowbox. Ensure accuracy when modifying tags to avoid unintended consequences.
