Updated over a year ago

Flowbox supports Facebook post creation, customization and publishing. This article covers all of the Flowbox features available for creating and publishing Facebook posts.

For Facebook, Flowbox enables you to create Photo/Video posts, Carousel posts and Status updates.

How to create a Photo/Video post

1. Log into Flowbox and go to 'Publish' in the main menu.

2. In the left-hand menu, click on 'Schedule' or 'Content'.

3. Click on the blue 'Create Post' button.

4. In the modal box, choose which Facebook page that you'd like to publish your post. NOTE: you can only select one page.

5. Select the post type 'Photo/Video' and click on the blue 'Next' button in the lower right-hand corner.

6. Tab: 'Content'

  • Start by clicking on 'Add media' to select what content from the Library that you would like to publish. The media object type could either be an image, or a video, or both types. You can select more than one object (carousel).

  • Continue by adding your preferred caption to the 'Caption' textbox and notes to 'Notes'.

  • When you're done, click on the blue 'Next' button.

7. Tab: 'Targeting'

  • Choose the target group of the post in Facebook News Feed by selecting minimum age, maximum age, and gender in the three dropdown menus.

  • Select the location of the post's target group by searching for a location in the search field 'Locations'.
