The Flowbox Library is your digital asset management solution, where all of your collected and uploaded visual content is stored. To find out more about uploading your own content to the Library, check out this guide.

Moderated content

To make it easier to visualize your moderated content (Rights Request granted, Whitelisted and Approved) in Flowbox, all content is now automatically moved to the new ‘Moderated Content’ folder in the Flowbox Library. The status of the post is also visible directly in Library.

Note: This has replaced the previously-named ‘Rights Granted’ folder.

Search for content

1. Log into Flowbox and go to 'Library' in the main menu.

Search field

In the top-bar menu, click the 'Search Library' field and search for any content by entering any keyword or the actual file name. Don't worry about remembering the exact file name. As soon as you start typing the first characters in the file name, you will be presented with the search results based on the first letters in the keyword. Keywords are not case-sensitive.

Filter content

You can filter your content by clicking on the filter icon in the upper right corner.

Filter your content per:

  • Media type: Image or Video

  • Origin: show the content added from Instagram, Google Drive, Dropbox, Upload (from a computer), Facebook or Pinterest.

  • Date: show only the content that has been added to your library after, before or between a chosen date

The date for content in the Moderated Folder refers to the date when the content has been added to the Library. Content is added to the Moderated Folder when it is approved, granted, or collected from a whitelisted content creator.

How to use the filter per origin

  1. Go to 'Library'.

  2. Click on the filter icon.

  3. Select one or multiple origins.

  4. Click on 'Search'.

  5. The search results will update and will show only the content collected in Flows via the selected origins.

How to use the filter per date

To see the content added before a specific date:

  1. Go to 'Library'.

  2. Click on the filter icon.

  3. For the filter per date select 'Older than'.

  4. Choose the date in the date picker.

  5. Click on 'Search'.

  6. The search results will update and will show only the content added to the Library before the selected date.

To see the content added after a specific date

  1. Go to 'Library'.

  2. Click on the filter icon.

  3. For the filter per date select 'Newer than'.

  4. Choose the date in the date picker.

  5. Click on 'Search'.

  6. The search results will update and will show only the content added to the Library after the selected date.

To see the content added between 2 dates

  1. Go to 'Library'.

  2. Click on the filter icon.

  3. For the filter per date select 'Range'.

  4. Choose two (2) dates in the date picker.

  5. Click on 'Search'.

  6. The search results will update and will show only the content added to the Library between the selected dates.

You can apply several filters at a time and show for example all content from a specific media type, collected per the selected origins and for the selected dates.
