UGC plays a key role in influencing purchase decisions and driving sales. The Product Analytics dashboard provides valuable insights into how UGC interacts with your product catalog, helping you optimise your strategy.

What you can learn

This dashboard helps you understand:

  • Product Catalog Coverage – Track which in-stock products are linked to UGC posts in your Flows.

  • Product Performance – Measure engagement, orders, and sales for products tagged in Flow posts.

  • Optimization Opportunities – Identify products that could benefit from more UGC or strategic refinements to boost sales.

By analysing these insights, you can make data-driven decisions to enhance product visibility and maximise conversions.

Note: Products out-of-stock and deleted are excluded from calculations.

How to access

  1. Log in to your Flowbox account.

  2. Navigate to Analytics in the left menu.

  3. Click on Products to access the dashboard.

Details

Available products

Total number of in-stock products in all catalog.

Added products

Number of in-stock products in all catalogs linked to at least one post.

Product coverage

Percentage of in-stock products linked to at least one post.

Note: If you wish to download your Product Coverage data as a report (CSV format), choose Product Coverage from download report menu at the top of the screen.
