In general, if you have integrated Flowbox into your website or online store, you can remove the badge, through the Ratings & Review general setting.
To add this Premium feature to your Flowbox account, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager.
How to Remove the 'Powered by Flowbox' badge?
STEP 1: Go to 'Ratings & Reviews'.
STEP 2: Click 'General' under Settings.
STEP 3: Toggle on the ''Remove 'Powered by Flowbox' ".
STEP 4: Click 'Save changes'.
This will remove the badge from Review Forms, Widgets, and All Email Templates.
