Reviews can be imported into Flowbox provided they meet our guidelines for importing.
Our team will analyze each file submitted and assesses whether they are fit for importing on a case-by-case basis.
Please Note that there is a process involved in importing reviews, and this can take up to 7 business days.
In order to import product reviews, you need to provide your reviews in a CSV file for us to import. Below is an outline of how to prepare your review CSV file and pass it on to our team.

Prerequisite
1- Make sure you have Imported your Product Catalog to Flowbox
First, you need to add a Product Catalog to take full advantage of Flowbox's Ratings and Reviews.
2- Make sure to have a Standard spreadsheet application on your computer, examples include Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and Pages.
File Guidelines
The file must not contain more than 5000 reviews. If you need to import more, we suggest you perform the import in batches.
The file size must be no larger than 25 MB.
The column names must be written exactly as displayed in the table below.
The file must include all of the required column headers.
The data fields should be separated with a comma delimiter.

Preparing Your Review CSV File: A Step-by-Step Guide
Download the Flowbox CSV Template: Click the link to download the "Flowbox CSV template.csv" to your computer.
Open the File: Use a spreadsheet application of your choice to open the downloaded file.
Add Existing Reviews: Insert your existing reviews into the file, ensuring that you closely apply the provided file guidelines to prevent any errors.
Save the CSV File: Save the completed CSV file to your computer, ensuring that you choose the proper encoding (UTF-8) and delimiter (comma) to maintain compatibility and data integrity.
