Manage Post – Take action on your posts

After you have granted rights to your customers photos, it's time to take action on them. It's time to manage your post. This is what you can do:

Rights Request

Found a post you like? Now it's time to send a Rights Request to a real customer 😳

The views will look different depending on which source the post has been collected by. See the difference down below.

Rights Request when post from @mention

Rights Request when post comes from a #hashtag or photo-tag

Auto-Approve = If the post author replies with your specified key hashtag, the post will automatically be marked as granted and approved if Auto-Approve is enabled.

Add Products

From the shopping cart icon you can either add products or add/edit a CTA button. 🥾 Search on the product ID or the product name to find the product you want. If you don't have a product catalog yet, read this article to get started.

Add Tags

The next icon is for adding/create tags if you want to build a "Dynamic Tag Flow", or if you just want to add it for yourself. Dynamic Tag Flows are a great way to dynamically extend your regular Flows by pulling in posts from other Flows. Read this article about implementing a Tag Flow. You can also filter posts on tags in Moderate and Library, so when your colleague wants to have a 'summer' image with your products for your email marketing - you will be able to find it in seconds directly in Flowbox.

From here, you distribute your posts so they get live on your website. 🚀 Click on the search field and select the flows you want to distribute the post to, then click 'add'.

Bulk mode

We don't know how you like to work, but we just wanted to inform you that you are able to do some of this stuff in bulk mode. Take a look down below.

Look at you! You have now completed your education within Moderate. 🙌🏼 It's not much left, let's move forward to Engage & Commerce.

Approve and reject posts

Believe it or not, but you can actually approve and reject posts even if you haven't asked the customers for permission. Maybe it's kind of self-explanatory, but thumbs up will place the post under the tab "Approved", and thumbs down under the tab "Rejected".

When you are in a Flow, click on a post and this will appear.

  1. Approve or reject a post.
  2. Take the post back to "Inbox" from "Approved" or "Rejected".
  3. Download media to your computer or block the users content ahead from appearing in Flowbox.
