Connecting your social insights to Flowbox

To manage your Instagram insights in Flowbox, you need to set up a one-time additional approval (after having connected your Instagram channels to Flowbox). You can set up this approval by going to 'Publish' -> 'Account' and then click 'Configure Permissions.'

NOTE: Only the Flowbox user that originally connected your Facebook Business account to Flowbox can do this action


In the section Account in Flowbox’s Social Insights (accessible via the Publish tab) you’ll find statistics about your Instagram account. Everything from how you grow in followers and how many you reach, to how much traffic you drive to the website and the demographics of your follower base. By analyzing these numbers you can make better data-driven decisions to optimize your Instagram strategy. Below is the current data we provide with its explanation.

Followers online

Your account‘s followers' average online activity the last 30 days, so that you can schedule your content for maximum reach.

Follower growth

Total number of followers gained or lost within the selected time period.

Reach

Total number of times the Business Account's media objects (i.e posts, stories and promotions) have been uniquely viewed within the selected time period. Includes ad activity generated through the API, Facebook ads interfaces, and the Promote feature.

Impressions

Total number of times the Business Account's media objects (i.e posts, stories and promotions) have been viewed within the selected time period. Includes ad activity generated through the API, Facebook ads interfaces, and the Promote feature.

Profile views

Total number of users who have viewed the Business Account's profile within the selected period.

Website clicks

Total number of taps on the website link in this profil within the selected time period.

Email, phone call, text message, get direction clicks

Total number of taps on respective call to action in this profile within the selected time period.

Gender & age

The gender and age distribution of the Business Account’s follower base.

Community base

Countries: The countries of the Business Account’s follower base.

Cities: The cities of the Business Account’s follower base.

Languages: The locales by country codes of the Business Account’s follower base.
