Once your account is set up, it's time to share Flowbox with your colleagues! 😉 Follow these steps to invite new users.

  1. Click on the 'Settings' (cogwheel) menu in the lower-left corner to enter company settings.

  2. Go the the 'Users' tab.

  3. Type in your colleague's email address, select their profession from a list and a permission level and hit the 'Send Invite' button. Your colleague will now receive an invitation in their email inbox.

Permission levels

Flowbox supports different user levels.

Moderator

Moderators can approve or reject posts, tag products, publish content, and upload content to the library.

A Moderator can't create new Flows, remove existing flows or change the styling of Flows.

Admin

Admins can do all of the above, as well as invite new users, create new Flows, remove existing Flows and change CSS styling.

Note: the Staff setting refers to Flowbox Staff, and is reserved for your Customer Success Manager who will be able to assist you in the set up of your account.

The number of users is set based on your pricing plan. If you wish to add more users, get in touch to discuss upgrade options.
