With our API, we give the means to our clients to build their own UGC integration to match their unique brand identity on their websites and applications.
Our API enables you to:
Retrieve your company data
Check what Flows you have in your account.
Fetch posts from your Flows.
Fetch the data from specific products.
Report Specific post.
Track analytic events.
Activating the API and authentication
To activate your API access, please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). They will activate the use of the API for your account and provide you with a unique API key.

Please visit this page to learn about our endpoints and data structures returned by them. It's possible to send test requests to the end points from the page by selecting the Flowbox server from the list (this requests will count towards your monthly rate limit).
