It's easy to set up an Inbox based on the social media accounts you have connected to your Flowbox account.

How to create an Inbox

1. Go to 'Engage' in the main menu.

2. Click on the '+' next to Inboxes in the left-hand menu.

3. Give your Inbox an appropriate name, for example: 'Instagram Mentions', and click on 'Create'.

4. In the modal, click on 'Add Channel'.

5. Select which account you want to connect to your Inbox, you can select multiple.

6. Specify your 'Event Filters' for the Inbox. It will adjust what type of tickets (messages) will be sent to the Inbox.

7. Click on 'Add Channel'.

8. Then click on 'Save Changes'.

9. All done! Your Inbox will now start creating tickets from your social media account(s). 🚀
