Introducing Calendar Heat Map

Ever wondered when’s the best time to post on Instagram? You no longer have to rely on a gut feeling, thanks to our new Calendar Heat Map in Social Insights. The visual heat map is illustrated as a calendar week. It’s based on your connected Instagram account’s followers’ average online activity the last 30 days.

Now you can see your followers’ online activity to determine what time of the day they’re most likely to engage with your content. With the data from the Calendar Heat Map, you can schedule posts at the optimal time and be confident that you reach your followers when they are most active.

Product coverage report

Last month we talked about our latest addition to Insights – the key performance indicator Product Coverage, which displays a percentage of available products that are tagged in at least one piece of content.

Now you can do more than just look at the number! You can download your Product Coverage Report in .CSV format and track which product(s) are tagged in the most pieces of content.

More accessibility

In March, we highlighted the achievement of Flowbox Flows having Level AA compliant functionalities in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0 AA), to be in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

A month later, we are proud to announce that we have further improved accessibility. We now provide Level AA compliant functionalities in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA).

All new Flows created after the 1st of May 2021 will by default have compliant settings. 🎉
