Track key metrics to understand visitor interactions with your Flows

At Flowbox, we believe that data-driven decisions lead to better results. Our Website Analytics dashboard provides valuable insights into how visitors engage with the Flows on your website, helping you track performance across the engagement funnel.

What you can learn

This dashboard helps you analyse visitor behaviour step by step, from initial impressions to deeper interactions:

  • Impressions – See how many visitors view your Flows.

  • Post Interaction – Track post clicks on your UGC

  • CTA Interaction – Measure conversions by monitoring clicks on product links or custom CTAs.

By understanding each stage of the visitor journey, you can identify opportunities to optimise performance and improve engagement.

Please note that the calculations are session-based, during a session, a visitor might interact with multiple assets and we consider a minimum of one interaction per session and we don’t consider multiple clicks.

How to access

  1. Log in to your Flowbox account.

  2. Navigate to Analytics in the left menu.

  3. Click on Overview to access the dashboard.

At the bottom of this page, you’ll find a detailed data table explaining each metric in depth.

Description

Details

Unique visitors

Total of unique visitors who have viewed a Flow.

Impressions

Total number of sessions in which a visitor viewed a Flow.

Note that a single visitor can generate multiple impressions over time, such as revisiting a previously loaded Flow after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Flow engagements

Flow clicks on load more button, previous / next post or post it self.

Engagement rate

Percentage of clicks on flows (load more button, previous / next post or post it self) out of total impressions.

Performance Report

Daily report that includes all of the key account-level KPIs, including the following:

  • Unique visitors

  • Impressions

  • Engagements

  • Engagement rate

  • Post engagements

  • Post CTR

  • CTA Engagements

  • CTA CTR

  • Assisted orders

  • Assisted sales

  • Checkout CVR

  • Order value avg

  • Order size avg

Product Coverage

This report shows you how many posts are tagged with each product.

  • Product ID

  • Name

  • Unique content tag count

Historical Data

Monthly breakdown (CSV format) that includes all of the following data for 2021.

  • Flow sessions

  • Post views

  • CTA clicks

  • Click-through rate

  • Engagements

  • Engagement rate

  • Conversion rate

  • Attributed orders

  • Attributed sales

Data displayed in the Website Analytics is gathered by means of third-party cookies. As such, data values reflected here may be up to 30% lower than their true value due to missing cookies, e.g. opt-outs, cleared cookies, etc.
