Website Analytics: Overview

A guide to the Flowbox website analytics - Overview panel

Updated over a year ago

Data is King. And at Flowbox we want to make sure that you have the right data at your fingertips to make decisions.

This dashboard reflects the overall behaviour of Flowbox assets on your website. When a visitor reaches your site and sees your Flows, a permanent, anonymised cookie is created. These cookies are used for tracking the user in their different steps of interaction with Flowbox assets.

Please note that the calculations are session-based, during a session, a visitor might interact with multiple assets and we consider a minimum of one interaction per session and we don’t consider multiple clicks.

Accessing Website Overview analytics

  1. Log in to your Flowbox Account.

  2. Select the ‘Analytics’ menu from the left-hand side.

  3. Click on ‘Overview’.
