KPI definitions
Name | Description |
Impressions | Number of sessions where the user viewed or clicked on a Flow.
At a minimum, an impression can either be a session where the user loads and views the flow, or visits the already loaded flow again in a new session (after 30 min inactivity) and interacts with it. |
Engagement | Number of sessions in which the user clicked on a Flow. This includes:
|
Engagement Rate | Percentage of sessions in which a visitor has clicked on the Flow out of total of sessions in which a visitor has seen the Flow.
Engagement Rate = (Engagements/Impressions) x 100 |
Post Engagements | Number of sessions in which the visitor has clicked on any post in a particular Flow. This includes
|
Click-Through Rate (CTR) | Percentage of sessions in which a visitor has clicked on any of the posts in a Flow out of the total of visitors who have seen that Flow. Click-Through Rate = (Post Engagements/Impression) x 100 |
CTA Engagement | Number of sessions in which the visitor has clicked on any Call-To-Action button in a Flow. |
CTA Click-Through Rate | Percentage of sessions in which a visitor has interacted (both CTA and Product Clicks) with a post in a Flow out of the number of sessions in which a visitor has seen a Flow. CTA Click-Through Rate = (CTA Engagements/Impression) x 100 |
Assisted Orders | Sum of completed orders within 24 hours after viewing a post in a Flow with an available, tagged product, or within three days (72 hours) after clicking a post in a Flow with an available, tagged product. For a specific purchase, the user might have interacted with multiple Flows, thus all of the Flows will be counted for that order. The sum of assisted orders of Flows might be greater than total assisted orders. |
(Assisted) Order Share | Share of the Flow from the total Assisted Orders. (Assisted) Order Share = (Flow Assisted Orders/Assisted Orders) x 100 |
Revenue | The value generated directly from the Flow for each line Item (product) in the order that we can attribute to the Flow. Note that a click always takes priority over a view, and for attribution of line items we consider the last clicks. |
