Displaying a review widget on your Product Detail Pages (PDP) is an excellent approach to showcase product reviews and highlight the superiority of your offerings. To Design Design Your Review Widget in the platform follow the steps.
Login to your Flowbox Account.
STEP 1: Click 'Ratings and Reviews'.
STEP 2: Click 'Widgets' Under Display.
STEP 3: Click 'New Widget'. or edit existing widgets that you want to embed into your page.
STEP 4: Choose the List template and click " Create Widget".
Configure and Style the List widget
When you access the page for styling the widgets, you will be presented with a preview of how your widget will appear on the right side of the screen, along with customizable options on the left. Any modifications you make to the widget appearance will be immediately reflected in the live preview on the right-hand side.
Configure The Header
This will allow you to configure and appearance of the header section located at the top of the list widget. The header section is a concise summary that displays important information to your shoppers about how your products are rated by customers, including the average rating, the total number of reviews, and rating breakdown. You can decide to show/hide the rating average, the rating breakdown, and the write a review button.
Configure The Review
This will allow you to configure and appearance of the Review part of the widget. This review section is a concise summary that displays more detailed information about the customer, the product, and the actual review You can decide to show/hide the Product information, and customer information.
Style The Widget
Brand color: Defines the color of the buttons, and shaded portion of a rating bar.
Container background color: Defines the background color of the container for the widget.
Secondary color: Defines the divider color of the widget and not shaded portion of a rating bar.
Primary text color: Defines the text color for the titles.
Secondary text color: Defines the text color for the body text and placeholder text.
Button text color: Defines the text color for the buttons.
Active star color: Defines the color for active (filled-in) stars
Inactive star color: Defines the color of Inactive stars.
Inherit font: If active, the widget will inherit the front from your website.
Typography font: Defines the font of the form. All available fonts are Google fonts.
