How to reply to a review?

Show visitors you care about customer feedback

Flowbox lets your brand highlight great customer service directly on your product pages. Replies to reviews not only help shoppers make informed decisions but also show your brand’s commitment to customer care.

Replying to reviews is a Premium feature. Contact your Customer Success Manager to activate it.

How to enable replies

  1. Go to Ratings & Reviews.

  2. Under Settings, click General.

  3. Toggle on Product Review Replies.

  4. Click Save changes.

  5. Once enabled, a Reply button will appear for all reviews in the Published section.

Replying to reviews

  1. Go to the Reviews page (Ratings & Reviews → Moderate → Reviews page).

  2. Click Published to see all reviews currently live in your widget.

  3. Choose the review you want to reply to and click the Reply button.

  4. Type your message in the input field.

  5. Click Publish to make your reply visible in the widget.

  6. Your reply will now appear below the review in your widget.

Editing or deleting a reply

Made a mistake? No problems. You can always edit or remove any reply you’ve written:

  • Click the pencil icon to edit.

  • Click the bin icon to delete.

Optional: Hide all replies
