Create an Influencer Recruitment Message Template
Before sending invitations, you need to create an Influencer Recruitment Message template. If you have already created one, you can skip to the next section.
In Flowbox, go to the Engage menu and select My Templates.
Click on Create Template.
Select the Influencer Recruitment Message type, give your template a name, and click Next.
Write your message. This is the text that will be sent directly to the creator via DM.
Recruitment page and preview:
A link to your recruitment page will automatically be added to the message, allowing creators to register and join your influencer team.
You can preview how your recruitment page currently looks by clicking the Preview Page button.
When you are finished, click Save and Close
Important: If you do not yet have a custom recruitment page set up, the default Dreaminfluence registration page will automatically be added to the message.
Send Your Recruitment Message
Once your template is ready, you can start sending invitations.
Before sending an invite, the content creator must be whitelisted.
If you haven’t done this yet, follow the instructions in this article.
In Flowbox, go to Content Creators in the left-hand menu.
Click on Whitelist Users.
Next to the whitelisted user’s name, click the Invite to Team button.
Select your Influencer Recruitment Message template.
Click Copy Message.
Click Go to Profile to open the creator’s social media profile.
In the social media platform, open the creator’s inbox and paste the message into a new Direct Message.
Return to Flowbox and click Request Sent.
Once completed, the status of the whitelisted content creator will automatically change to Invite Sent.
