Connecting your TikTok account lets you access and interact with a wide range of social media content. You can collect content from your own account, discover public content, and publish directly to TikTok. This integration enables you to easily incorporate TikTok content into your Flow.
Which Tiktok account can I connect to Flowbox
Flowbox supports two types of TikTok integrations: business accounts and regular accounts.
We strongly recommend connecting a business account, as it offers the most functionality. Regular accounts cannot collect mention posts and lack certain analytics features, among others.

Connecting a Tiktok account to Flowbox
After logging into Flowbox, you can easily connect your TikTok account by following these steps:
Click the 'Settings' (cogwheel) menu in the lower-left corner.
Navigate to the 'Connected Accounts' tab.
Click the purple 'Connect' button and select TikTok.
Follow the prompts on the TikTok platform to grant Flowbox the necessary permissions.
Once your TikTok account is successfully connected, you can add Tiktok as a source to one of your flows and start collecting content.
TikTok connections are limited to one account per company. Due to provider permissions, you cannot connect multiple TikTok accounts to a single Flowbox account, nor can you connect the same TikTok account to two different Flowbox accounts.

To properly perform actions from our platform, the following permissions are required:
Biz Ads Recommend: Permission to access Spark Ads Recommendation API via TikTok One (TTO) program.
Biz Brand Insights: Business account advanced statistics and metrics.
Biz Creator Info: Basic information about your TikTok business account.
Biz Creator Insights: Business account statistics.
Biz Spark Auth: Permission to access Tiktok business Sparks Ads.
Comment List: Permission to access post comments.
Comment List Manage: Permission to manage posts comments.
Tcm Order Update: Access TikTok Creator Marketplace data.
User Info Basic: Basic information about your TikTok account.
User Info Profile: Profile information regarding your TikTok account.
User Info Stats: Content and profile basic statistics.
User Account Type: Identifies whether the account is Basic or Business.
Video List: List and details of your posted content.
Video Publish: Permission to directly publish videos to your account.
Video Upload: Permission to upload videos to your account. The TikTok mobile app will then prompt you to complete further actions before posting the content.
