When it comes to UGC, visuals matter. Great-looking content helps you capture attention, communicate your brand, and build an engaged community. That’s why Flowbox lets you fully customize your Flows — so they look and feel just the way you want.
Access & preview your flow
To open your Flow’s visual settings, go to Visual Marketing → Flows, then click Settings on the Flow you want to edit. The button appears on the right side of the screen.
MasterFlows don’t have visual settings, since they’re only used for collecting and moderating content.
Once in the Flow settings page, use the laptop and mobile icons at the top right corner to see how your Flow looks on different devices.
Click Preview (next to the “Code” button) to open your Flow in a new tab.
Customize your Flow visuals
The left-hand panel is where you will edit the visuals of your Flow.
In the Template tab you can choose from ready-made templates: quick, easy, and clean visual styles that fit most use cases. Just pick one and click Save in the top right corner.
The Layout tab allows you to customize individual Flow components. These are grouped into three sections, displayed on the left-hand vertical menu:
Flow – adjust structure, layout, navigation, banners, and more. Learn more.
Media – customize how each piece of content looks and behaves. Learn more.
Post – edit the look of the modal that opens when someone clicks on a post. Learn more.

You can also set text and labels — like banner titles, subtitles, and buttons — in multiple languages. Flowbox will automatically show the correct version based on the visitor’s location. Learn more.
