I'm getting an error message when I click on the invitation link to log into Flowbox. What do I do?

If you are seeing an error message, it is likely that your link has expired and your Admin will have to resend your invitation.

If your account has already been set up, go to https://app.getflowbox.com/login and click on 'Forgot password' to receive an email with new instructions.

How many users can I add to my account?

Your user settings are dependent on your pricing plan. If you wish to add more users, contact us for upgrade options.

My Facebook/Instagram account has been disconnected. What do I do now?

Why can't I connect Instagram to Flowbox?

You may need to connect your Instagram account to your Facebook Business Account first. This guide from Facebook explains how to do this.

How can I add multiple Instagram accounts to Flowbox?

First, you need to connect your multiple Instagram accounts to your main Facebook Business Page. This guide from Facebook shows you how to do this.

Once this is done, you can connect your Facebook Business Account and select which Instagram accounts and Pages that you want to add to Flowbox.

Our Facebook/Instagram account got disconnected a week ago. Can we retrieve the content that we missed?

Unfortunately not. If you receive an email that your Facebook Business Manager has been disconnected, it's best to reconnect the account immediately to ensure that no content is missed.

Facebook has a 24-hour limitation on collecting content from a source, so old posts cannot be retrieved.

Can I add more than one Facebook Business Account?

Yes, it is possible to add multiple Facebook and Instagram Business Accounts to Flowbox. In order to do this, you need to make sure that these accounts are all added by the same person, and that this person is an Administrator on all Facebook Business Accounts. Can I collect content from Instagram Reels or IGTV?

As of right now, this feature is not available on Flowbox.

Adding products to Flowbox

Does Flowbox support commas in pricing, for example, we list our prices as €11,44 not €11.44?

Yes! The price is passed as a string from the backend. The FormatCurrency function displays the price in whatever format it has been designated in the backend.

How often is the Product Catalog updated?

Catalogs are automatically updated 4-6 times per day by Flowbox, which ensures that your stock is always up to date. You can always log into Flowbox and manually update your catalog, whenever you want.

CSS/Styling

The 'Show more' button is in all caps and in English. Can I change this?

The button language is dependent on Locale settings. It's in all caps.

Can we use our proprietary font in Flowbox?

Yes! Just go into the custom CSS settings and add your font into 'font-family'.

Can I adjust the size of images in Flowbox? I don't want them to take up too much space....

Flowbox automatically optimizes your images, so you don't have to worry about that! Images are served, lazy loaded and in the modern webP format. This means that they are optimized to serve the best size for your customers' device type, screen size and resolution. Read more about our optimization efforts here.
