Some insight into the AI sorting and scoring functionalities in Flowbox.

Updated over 2 months ago

User generated content collected from social media is a great way to let your customers show off your brand and distribute valuable social proof onsite and in your marketing channels. With a collection tool like Flowbox, it’s easy to connect your accounts, add your sources and begin gathering social media content from your community.

But, for some brands that get tagged repeatedly on social media, the content is not always relevant and moderation can end up taking too much time.

In order to help our users spend less time moderating their content, we have enhanced our platform with AI functionalities such as Smart Tags and Quality Rate.

Smart Tags

Smart tags, one of our AI-powered features, automate your content categorisation and moderation by identifying the key elements of your posts and smartly associating them with relevant tags.

Learn more about how to use Smart Tags here.

Quality Rate

Quality rate is a tool designed to assess the aesthetics and technical quality of user generated photos captured by both a professional camera and a smartphone. Our pre-trained model with a database comprising over 340,000 Instagram images assigns a media score ranging from 1 to 100. You can use this rate to sort your content and find the best and/or worst quality images to quickly moderate in bulk.

Auto-tag posts by username

Once you've added your whitelisted users and tagged posts with their usernames, you can create a Dynamic Tag Flow based on influencers/content creators, like how fashion brand ZEB has done with their #ZEBSquad.
