Let the algorithms handle the routine tasks of categorizing and moderating content. Smart Tags is an automated system designed for category selection. Our feature functions much like a human brain does: it defines elements within images and establishes associations among them and their corresponding labels, generating a list of keywords.

Like humans, our Smart Tags AI is never 100% sure. It recognizes keywords with an accuracy from 50% to 90%. Flowbox’s AI technology analyzes the first image of a post, detecting concepts and objects within it. Keywords are then automatically assigned, so you can search for them in the search bar and discover relevant content for your brand. You can see an example below:

From your Flow, you'll have the ability to swiftly and efficiently search for Smart Tags using the search bar, enhancing your content management experience. To do so, just follow these simple steps:

By clicking on the post, you`ll see up to 20 tags identified within it. You can then choose the tags that are relevant to your brand and manually add them as Custom Tags. If you have a Dynamic Tag Flow set up, this post will then be automatically distributed to it.

If you prefer not to see a post appear in the search results, it’s possible to directly remove the Smart Tag from the post and add it back later, if needed. Simply click on the cross icon next to the Smart Tag(s) you wish to remove. Remember, you can always re-add the Smart Tag by clicking the + icon.

Smart Tags are included in all Flowbox premium plans and are offered as an add-on service for growth and advanced packages. To activate it, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM). Once enabled, both existing and newly collected content will be rated.
